The options:
HIKE TAX LEVY. If the current budget is rolled over with no changes, the expected increase in the tax levy would be 5.89 percent.
CUT COSTS. Maintaining the current year's 2.5 percent increase in the tax levy over the next three years would require $8 million in cuts over that period, which could mean the elimination of clubs and sports as well as other cost-cutting in 2011-2012.
