Missing Hempstead woman with dementia located, police say
A missing Hempstead woman who suffers from dementia has been located, Nassau County police said.
Police on Wednesday had asked for the public’s help locating Betty Pearsall, 76, who had last been seen leaving her home on Franklin Street about 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said Thursday that she had been located unharmed.
