Cops: Missing Freeport woman with ‘cognitive impairment’ found

Nassau County police said they have located a Freeport woman with “cognitive impairment” who went missing last month.
Police said Natalie Nelson, 29, was last seen leaving her East Dean Street residence at 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 27.
Police said Monday that she has been located.
