Motorcycle, car crash in North Massapequa, Nassau police say

Nassau police are investigating a crash that resulted in injuries Monday evening in North Massapequa.

Authorities said the crash between a motorcycle and a car occurred at Hicksville Road and William Road shortly after 6 p.m.

Nassau police said Hicksville Road near Williams Road was closed for about 2 1⁄2 hours, and reopened about 8:30 p.m.

No other details were immediately available.
