Motorcyclist dies after Baldwin crash
An East Rockaway motorcyclist died Wednesday after a crash in Baldwin, Nassau police said.
Kelvin Rodriguez, 18, was going east on Sunrise Highway when his Honda motorcycle hit a vehicle at Charing Cross Road, police said. The accident happened shortly after 8 a.m., police said.
The victim was taken to South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The accident does not appear to be criminal in nature, police said.
