Motorcyclist injured in Levittown crash

A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with another vehicle in Levittown Thursday night, Nassau police said.

The crash took place at the intersection of Jerusalem Avenue and Cool Lane about 9:25 p.m., police said, and the motorcyclist, who was not identified, was taken to a hospital.

There was no apparent criminality involved in the crash, police said, but additional information was not immediately available.
