A suspicious fire at a dry cleaning store in North Merrick was being investigated by the Nassau County Fire Marshal's Office and the police arson and bomb squad, police said.

Police responded to Abby's Drycleaning and Tailoring at 12:05 Saturday morning to find the Jerusalem Avenue store engulfed in flames.

No one was injured in the fire, which took about 75 firefighters and 10 pieces of fire equipment from the North Merrick and North Bellmore fire departments to extinguish, police said.

The investigation was ongoing.
