Nassau cops help revive man in Levittown parking lot

Nassau County police helped revive a man found unconscious in a vehicle in Levittown Saturday night.

Police said the victim, 27, who they declined to identify, was found by his uncle shortly before 6 p.m. when the uncle returned to his car after shopping at Kohl's department store at 3563 Hempstead Tpke.

The victim, who police said was having difficulty breathing, was given Narcan at the scene after it was determined he had suffered from a possible heroin overdose. He was taken to an area hospital where he was reported responsive and alert, police said.
