Nassau County officials on Tuesday held a memorial ceremony for deceased members of the Nassau County police department. Officials also unveiled plaques honoring Nassau County Police Officer Brian Abbondandelo and Police Lt. Michael P. Shea, who both recently died from their 9/11-related illnesses.
