Nassau police need 60 new detectives to combat MS-13, union leader says

The Nassau County Police Department needs more detectives and more resources to combat MS-13, James McDermott, president of the Nassau Police Benevolent Association, said Sunday, two days after a body believed to be a victim of the street gang was unearthed at the Massapequa Preserve.
