Nassau police car in minor accident
A Nassau County police cruiser traveling east on Sunrise Highway collided with another vehicle Sunday in Massapequa Park, Nassau County police said.
No one was injured in the incident and no criminal charges were filed, police said.
There was minor damage to both cars, police said.
Police would not detail the circumstances leading up to the accident and had no description of the second vehicle involved.
The crash occurred on Sunrise Highway near Cartwright Boulevard at about 5 p.m., police said.
