Police officers rescued three men Friday morning after a boat capsized off Matinecock Point in Glen Cove, police said.

A brief call to 911 at 9:27 a.m. reported that the boat was sinking, Nassau County police said in a news release.

A police launch responded and found three men in the water, clinging to the hull of a 20-foot Pro-Line boat, the release said.

Police said officers pulled the men from the water and took them to Garvies Point Marina, where they were met by an ambulance from the Glen Cove Fire Department.

The identities of the men — ages 28, 35, and 43 — were not released.

Police said the men reported no injuries.
