Nassau police are searching for a man they say fired gunshots into the air after a dispute in Franklin Square early Sunday morning.

The man became involved in a dispute with guests of an Esther Street residence at about 1:30 a.m., police said. He went to his vehicle, got a gun and fired two shots into the air outside, police said, before fleeing in the vehicle. There were no injuries.

The man was described as 5'10", 150 pounds, and wearing a black T-shirt, tan shorts and a black baseball cap.
