Northbound South Oyster Bay Road reopened after accident investigation
Northbound South Oyster Bay Road was reopened on Sunday afternoon after a car crash in the morning shut down both lanes, Nassau County police said.
The crash, which occurred at 9:52 a.m., took place on South Oyster Bay Road near Old Country Road.
The investigation into the accident caused the northbound roadway to be closed for about an hour and a half on Sunday morning.
Police did not immediately release any additional information on the crash.
