Oceanside road reopened after accident

Police have reopened Daly Boulevard in Oceanside after it was closed in both directions earlier Friday morning because a truck was blocking the road after an accident, Nassau County police said.

Police issued a traffic advisory at 7:09 a.m., suggesting motorists use alternate routes.

No injuries were reported.
