One reported stabbed in Roosevelt fight

Police are investigating a reported stabbing in a fight between two women in Roosevelt on Monday night. Nassau County police said one of the women was seriously injured.

The incident on East Pennywood Avenue was reported in a 911 call at 9:55 p.m.

Police said the caller reported a fight between two women, saying there had been a stabbing and one was seriously injured.

Police said the condition of the stabbing victim was not immediately known Tuesday.

It was not clear if anyone had been arrested.
