An overturned truck near Exit 37 on the Long Island Expressway has closed two lanes of the westbound roadway, causing early-morning traffic tie-ups Monday, police said.

The crash site is near Willis Avenue in Roslyn Heights, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred at about 9 a.m. - and traffic is snarled east past Exit 39, Glen Cove Road. No one was injured in the crash, police said.

Nassau County police said the HOV and left lane are open. They said emergency crews are on the scene attempting to clear the wreckage, but said it was unclear how clean up of the scene will take.
