Pair sought in Garden City bank robbery

Nassau County Crime Stoppers and the Robbery Squad are looking for two suspects who robbed a Garden City bank in January, police said Tuesday.
The suspects, a man and woman, entered the TD Bank at 855 Franklin Ave. at about 7:05 p.m. Jan. 30, police said, and verbally demanded money from a teller.
After the teller handed over an unspecified amount of cash, the two fled on foot east toward the parking lot behind the bank, police said.
On Tuesday, police released photographs of the suspects taken from video surveillance cameras at the bank.
