Nassau County police and Crime Stoppers said Wednesday that they are looking for two men suspected of stealing 22 iPads valued at $12,000 from an East Meadow Walmart.
The suspects took the iPads from the Walmart, at 2465 Hempstead Tpke. at about 3:35 p.m. on Oct. 5, police said.
Police on Wednesday released photos of the suspects taken from video surveillance at the store.
Details of the theft were not provided in a news release, but police said the two men were observed inside the store and "acting in concert" stole the devices and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
One suspect, described as between 25 and 30 years old, wore a gray button-down shirt, blue jeans, a black knit cap and brown boots. The second suspect, who appeared to be 30 to 35 years old, wore a black shirt and blue jeans.
