Pedestrian hit by car in Oceanside
A pedestrian was hospitalized in stable condition after being struck by a vehicle Monday in Oceanside, Nassau County police said.
The incident occurred at 12:55 p.m. at Long Beach Road and Davison Avenue, police said.
Other details were not immediately available.
