A 66-year-old man was struck by a car in Mineola on Saturday night, Nassau County police said.

Police responded to the scene at Jericho Turnpike and Mineola Boulevard at 6:03 p.m., police said.

The man was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries, police said.

The incident appeared to be noncriminal, police said.
