A Valley Stream man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges he shot to death two men in a crowd of mourners at a wake in East Flatbush, prosecutors said.

Pierre Celestine, 35, was arrested in October on two counts of second-degree murder and felony weapons charges after the NYPD said he killed two men on April 27.

Shot to death in front of Emmanuel Church of God in East Flatbush were Sharieff Clayton, 40, of the Bronx, and Ronald Murphy, 44, of Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, police said.

Four others, including Murphy’s wife, were injured by the gunfire.

Celestine, of 1276 Barry Dr. S., was remanded by acting Supreme Court Justice Vincent Del Giudice and is scheduled to return to Kings County Supreme Court in Brooklyn on Feb. 23.
