A man and woman from Queens were arrested Tuesday on prostitution charges after arranging for a sexual liaison in Westbury with an undercover detective, Nassau County's Narcotics / Vice Bureau said.

Police said Kendrick A. Whitemcneal, 21, of 11918 231st St., Cambria Heights, and Diani Monday, 18, of 21836 Hempstead Ave., Queens Village, are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.

Whitemcneal faces charges of third-degree promoting prostitution; Monday faces charges of prostitution and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Whitemcneal made arrangements and supplied the room for Monday, "who offered to engage in sexual relations with an undercover detective for an agreed amount of money," police said in a news release.

Both were arrested without incident at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
