Nassau police have determined a reportedly suspicious package in an East Meadow apartment complex is no threat and they have reopened the portion of a road previously closed due to the investigation.

Police received a call about a suspicious package at 1790 Front St. at 12:42 p.m. and had shutdown the street between Vincent Drive and East Meadow Avenue. The road reopened the road about 2:40 p.m. police said.
