A Baldwin woman drove the wrong way on both the Wantagh State Parkway and the Southern State Parkway early Saturday morning while high on drugs before she smashed into another vehicle -- whose driver was drunk and in possession of cocaine and opiate pills, State Police said.

Authorities said Bianca Boursiquot, 20, drove a green Honda CR-V north in the southbound lanes on the Wantagh at 3:16 a.m.

She then drove onto the Southern State Parkway, traveling east in the westbound lanes before colliding with a Ford Econoline van east of Exit 27, police said. There were no injuries.

Boursiquot was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and reckless endangerment -- both misdemeanors -- and several traffic violations.

The driver of the Econoline van, Kenneth Riggio, 55, of Merrick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and several traffic violations.
