Police investigate motorcycle crash in Rockville Centre

A Sunday morning accident involving a motorcyclist in Rockville Centre is being investigated by authorities, Nassau County police said.
According to police, the accident happened at about 7:50 a.m. on Peninsula Boulevard, just south of the Southern State Parkway.
A police spokesman said the accident was not considered serious. No further details were immediately available including the circumstances surrounding the crash and whether the motorcyclist was injured.
