Police: Man faces charges in Bethpage nail salon ransacking
A Bethpage man who police say ransacked a nail salon last month was arrested Monday on burglary charges, Nassau County's Eighth Squad detectives said.
Detectives said they used blood evidence from the scene to arrest Agostino Cestra, 41, of Anderson Street in Bethpage.
On May 1, police allege that Cestra broke the front glass on a door of My Nails at 408 Wantagh Ave. in Bethpage, ransacked the salon and left without taking anything.
Cestra is charged with burglary and was to be arraigned Wednesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
