A Queens man was arrested Sunday for selling counterfeit DVDs at a McDonald's in Hicksville, police said.

Nassau County police said Linguang Wang, 51, of 25th Avenue in College Point, was charged with second-degree trademark counterfeiting and second-degree failure to disclose the origin of a recording. He is scheduled for arraignment Monday in First District Court in Hempstead.

Police said officers responding to a complaint that Wang was soliciting customers at the McDonald's found him in possession of more than 180 counterfeit DVDs and 32 pirated CDs. An additional 21 counterfeit DVDs were later recovered from his vehicle, police said.
