Man stabbed outside Uniondale night spot, police say
Nassau County police are investigating an assault in the parking lot of a Uniondale nightclub early Sunday morning.
Police said a man, 35, was walking through the parking lot of Las Flores Night Club, 1034 Front St., when a man approached him from behind and stabbed him in his right torso.
The victim received a puncture wound, police said. Police said in a news release the weapon used was "possibly a knife."
Police said the suspect fled in a red car. The victim was driven to to a nearby hospital by a friend. He was in stable condition, police said.
