Police probe robbery in Woodmere; person reportedly shot
Police said detectives are investigating an early-morning robbery in Woodmere.
But Nassau County police said Tuesday they will not confirm media reports that at least one person was shot during the incident on South End Avenue.
News 12 Long Island is reporting one shooting victim has been taken to South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside.
