Nassau County police are searching for three men who attacked and robbed a teen Saturday evening in Baldwin.

The three suspects jumped a 17-year-old boy who was walking along Emerson Avenue about 6:15 p.m. Saturday, First Squad Nassau County police said.

The three men wearing dark hooded sweatshirts attacked the teen from behind and one of them put him in a choke hold. The assailants demanded his iPhone, wallet and cash, then pushed him to the ground and kicked him, police said.

The teen told police he saw one of the men had a silver handgun in his waistband before his assailants ran away. The victim refused medical assistance.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-8477.
