A 34-year-old Queens man died after being hit by a car while crossing a road in Carle Place, Nassau police said Friday.
Kristopher Flannery of Astoria, who was crossing Glen Cove Road, was taken to Winthrop-University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
A northbound 2012 Honda Accord struck Flannery near Fairfield Avenue at about 1:47 p.m., according to police.
No criminality is suspected at this time, police said.
