Police seek 3 who robbed heating oil delivery man
Police are looking for three masked men who robbed a home heating oil delivery man at gunpoint in broad daylight on Monday in Baldwin.
The victim was delivering the fuel for his employer, Slomin's Oil, at 2 p.m. when the trio threw him on the ground, put a handgun to his neck and demanded, "Where's the money?" police said.
The men, who were described as being in their mid- to late-20s, went through the victim's pockets and took an undisclosed amount of money, police said. Police said the men then fled in a "newer model" blue Chevrolet sedan on Linkwood Drive. The victim was not injured.
