Police seek 3 who stole $10G in cologne
Crime Stoppers and Nassau County police are looking for three suspects who stole $10,000 worth of cologne from a Macy's store in Valley Stream in August.
In a Friday news release, police said three people -- two men and a woman -- broke into the first-floor fragrance storage area for the Macy's store at the Green Acres Mall on Aug. 13.
The three were photographed by video surveillance at the store, and police released photographs of the suspects on Friday.
They removed several bottles of cologne after breaking open a security door made of steel wire mesh, police said.
