Police: Two teens shot in Freeport

First Squad detectives are investigating the Wednesday evening shooting of two teens in Freeport, Nassau County police said.
Detectives said Freeport police received a 911 call for shots fired near 63 S. Main St. just before 7 p.m. When police arrived at the scene they found two male victims, ages 16 and 18, with non-life-threatening injuries.
Each was taken to nearby hospitals, police said.
