Police: Woman put $10G on employer's card

A controller for an East Garden City medical firm was arrested Wednesday morning after she used her corporate credit card for furniture, clothes, concert tickets and travel, Nassau County police said.

The unauthorized charges amounted to more than $10,000, police said.

Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, 47, of Weyford Terrace, Garden City, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. and charged with third-degree grand larceny, police said. Police did not identify her employer.

Police said Fitzpatrick bought clothes at Lord & Taylor, furniture at Raymour & Flanigan and tickets to see Miley Cyrus.

Police could not say where Fitzpatrick had traveled.
