Queens man accused of DWI in E. Garden City
A Jamaica, Queens, man was arrested Friday night for driving while intoxicated with a child in his car in East Garden City, Nassau County police said.
Daniel Gonzalez, 30, was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer about 9:30 p.m. with a 2-year-old passenger. Police charged Gonzalez with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child under 15, endangering the welfare of a child and driving while intoxicated.
He was awaiting arraignment Saturday morning.
