A Seaford woman allegedly sold prescription drugs three times, Nassau County police said Wednesday.

Joanne Madigan, 51, of 2230 Washington Ave., is charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of third-degree criminal possession controlled substance.

She was arraigned Wednesday and held on a bail of $12,000 bond or $6,000 cash. It was not clear if she had an attorney.

Narcotics / Vice Squad detectives said in a news release that Madigan sold amounts of OxyContin and oxycodone to another "for an agreed upon amount of cash" on three unspecified dates. But online court records said the one incident occurred April 27. Detectives arrested Madigan Tuesday on Jackson Avenue in Seaford.
