Two Nassau County men face reckless endangerment charges in a Freeport shooting Sunday, police said.
Shaheem K. Allen, 22, fired three shots from a .45 caliber handgun from the passenger window of a car driven by Michael A. Wright, 27, at about 1:49 p.m., Nassau County detectives said in a news release.
The shots were fired at a 17-year-old male in front of an East Milton Street address; no injuries were reported, police said.
Police arrested both men Monday on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment. Allen also was charged with criminal possession of a firearm.
Police Tuesday did not provide a motive for the shooting.
Wright, of 85 Beechwood Ave., Roosevelt, and Allen, of 9 Lenox Ave., Freeport, are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
