Nassau County police are investigating shots fired into the front of a woman's home in Roosevelt Monday night.

According to First Squad detectives, the woman, 65, heard knocking on a window of her Greenwich Avenue home followed by several gunshots at 8:31 p.m. The shots were recorded by the police department's Shot Spotter system. The woman called 911, and when officers arrived, they saw bullet holes in the front of the house. No one was injured.

Detectives request anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
