Southern State 3-car crash injures 1, police say
A three-car crash on the Southern State Parkway in North Merrick left one person with minor injuries Sunday, according to State Police.
Police said they were called to the scene on the westbound side of the parkway near the Merrick Avenue exit ramp at 2:34 p.m. The injured person was taken to a nearby hospital, police said.
Other details were not immediately available Sunday.
