DOT: Wantagh entrance to Southern State reopened after crash
A crash on the westbound Southern State Parkway in Wantagh that had closed the entrance ramp at Exit 28S (Wantagh Avenue) Monday morning has been cleared, according to the state Department of Transportation website.
Further details weren't immediately available.
An earlier crash on the parkway’s eastbound side, between Exits 24N and 25N, had closed down the right lane during the morning rush hour but was cleared by 9 a.m., according to the state DOT website.
