On Friday, Hempstead Town Clerk Sylvia A. Cabana married Rudy and Nadine Michaud in a royal-styled wedding at Stew Leonard's in East Meadow.  Beth Leonard Hollis, a French trained baker, made a royal wedding cake using lemon and elderflower flavors, replicating the actual royal cake along with other foods that will be served during the big day.
