A tractor trailer stuck under a bridge on the Southern State Parkway in North Massapequa slowed traffic dramatically in the eastbound lanes for nearly three hours Thursday afternoon, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.

A traffic camera at informny.com, the state's website, showed the tractor trailer stuck under the bridge at Exit 30, Broadway, with eastbound traffic backed up for several miles.

The website said the truck became stuck under the bridge at about 1:30 p.m. All lanes were reopen at 4:21 p.m.

A spokesman for the State Police said there were no injuries. He did not have any other details.
