Suspect sought in Franklin Sq. break-in
Police are searching for a burglar who used a brick to smash the front door of a Verizon store on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square early Thursday, stealing phones and cash.
Nassau County police did not detail what was taken from the store during the break-in, which occurred at 4:24 a.m. No arrests have been made.
Police ask anyone with information about the break-in to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential, police said.
