Suspect sought in Great Neck bank robbery

Police are investigating a bank robbery in Great Neck in which a man showed a handgun and told a teller he wanted money, Nassau County Police said. Police are investigating a Friday morning bank robbery in Great Neck in which a man showed a handgun and told a teller he wanted money, Nassau County Police said.
The thin man, around 50 to 60 years old, made off with an unknown amount of money, police said, after he entered the Chase Bank at 675 Middle Neck Rd. at 9:30 a.m.
The man, wearing a light-colored cap, green shirt, blue pants and white sneakers, left the bank and walked south on Middle Neck Road, police said.
Six employees and a customer were in the bank, and no injuries were reported, police said.
