Suspects sought in Roosevelt street robbery

Nassau County police are searching for two men who robbed another man at gunpoint Saturday morning in Roosevelt and stole the victim's wallet.

The victim, police said, was confronted by the two suspects at 12:35 a.m. at the intersection of Anna and East Roosevelt avenues. One of the suspects pulled out a gun and demanded the victim's wallet, police said. The suspects then fled on foot south on Anna Avenue with the wallet and an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspects are described in their early 20s, with thin builds, 6 feet tall and wearing black hooded sweatshirts and blue jeans.
