Winning Take 5 ticket worth $18,060 sold in Long Beach
The lone winning ticket in the New York Lottery's Take 5 midday drawing for Sunday was bought in Long Beach, that ticket now worth a cool $18,060.50, lottery officials said.
The only winner statewide had all five midday draw numbers correct: 11, 14, 15, 23 and 31.
Take 5 holds two daily draws, midday and evening.
The winning ticket was sold at Long Beach Plaza Liquor in the shopping center at 45 East Park Avenue, state lottery officials said.
There were 58 second-place winners who had four of the five numbers correct. Those tickets paid $467 each.
There also were 2,403 third-place winners, each of those tickets worth $18.50.
Ticket holders matching two numbers get a consolation prize of $1. There were 24,616 of those.
