Nassau police said they are looking for a man, seen in surveillance video, who robbed the TD Bank in New Hyde Park at gunpoint on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014. He entered the bank pretending to be a customer, police said, then, he pulled out a revolver -- and threatened employees.

Nassau County police have released surveillance footage of the male suspect, who they say robbed the TD Bank branch on Hillside Avenue in New Hyde Park at gunpoint on just before 10 a.m. Saturday, fleeing on foot.

The man, believed to be about 6-foot tall, in his 30s, with a medium build, wore a red T-shirt, a dark baseball cap and white painter's pants. He carried a black knapsack, police said Wednesday.

There were five employees and two customers in the bank at the time of the robbery. There were no reported injuries.

Police did not say how much money was stolen.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS or the Robbery Squad at 516-573-8040. All calls will remain confidential.
