Missing teen mom, baby from Roosevelt found, police say

A 16-year-old mother and her 10-month-old baby have been located after they were reported missing from their Roosevelt home, Nassau County police said Wednesday.

Tiffany Ortiz and her baby, London Valentin, had been last seen at their home at about noon on Aug. 19, according to the Missing Persons Squad. She was headed for the Grand Concourse in the Bronx and did not return home, police said.

A Nassau police news release Wednesday afternoon said the two had been located.
